We can all offer suggestions, but at the end of the day, it's up to you.
I'm tearing my hair out thinking of my own.

Absolutely. I just wanted to double-check my own preference. I think the large-B non-hyphenated version works best, so I am going with that. The increase in size of the B was fairly subtle, but I like it.
I understand your dilemma. You should see how many ideas I threw away!
You could try a Random Input lateral thinking exercise to generate some outside the box ideas.
Just summarising my painting lessons learned so far (mainly so I don't forget them):
- Fill every crack (the Canberra summer caused some shrinkage cracks and I appear to have missed at least one
).
- Don't wait two weeks between spraying the colour and the clear. I had to lightly sand and spray one more colour coat followed by clear the next day to fix this.
- Do experiment to find the right spraying distance. Although Duplicolor says 20 to 25 cm on the can, for me, that was too far and caused a terrible matte finish peppered with paint particles that dried on the way to the surface. Once again I had to sand lightly and respray from around 12cm distance (tested first this time around). I got a decent finish that is still curing so I haven't buffed out the orange peel yet. But it is good and glossy this time.
- Don't spray when it's too cold. Acrylic lacquer really doesn't like that. A pedal I sprayed yesterday in the cold developed a chalky matte finish in the clear coat. Once again a light sand and respray in a better temperature seemed to fix it.
Hey Dan, that milky/chalky clouding effect you get when its too cold or too humid can be rectified if you give it a gentle hit with a hair dryer as soon as you notice it while the finish is still wet. Just gently warm it a little at a time, if you hit it too hard it'll bubble, but this works really well with acrylic and poly in my experince.
