The pups measure about 100mm x 40mm which should equate to at least a couple of J's paired up side by side.
Fully sealed units and not sure if gauge of connecting wires bares any resemblance to that used on bobbins?

No it doesn't. They are totally different bits of wire soldered together on metal eyelets in a hole through the bobbin base plate.Originally Posted by wazkelly
