Thanks guys. I'm excited too, I was really surprised as to how comfortable the neck feels and how accessible the high frets are. Most likely to the awesome fretboard that FW made for me!

I've got a bit of stuff to do yet. I only get snippets of time but the deadline is to get this finished well before Easter.

@Mcreed. yes, I wound those humbuckers. since I've started winding - I have a new found respect for those other pick up winders and fully understand why the cost so much per pick up - especially humbuckers!

The one thing I regret not doing on my PRS-1TS, was attempting a spoon carve between the lower horn and the neck.
The neck feels great and plays great, but playing in B up that end is difficult reaching the highest notes. I only do a few songs in B, and I don't do a whole lot that far up, but it' bugs me not being to do it freely.

Doing a spoon carve (ala: PRS) with the binding there, would present a slight challenge, but I think my plan would have worked had I thought to carry it out before starting the finish.

You don't need to worry about me becoming a competitor when you start your own boutique pickup company!
I'm quite sure I won't take that leap!

Happy to help, yet mine was but a small part...the rest is down to you Mr. 40!

    Hi Andy, looking good.

Just wondering what you used for top coat as it doesn't look like TO otherwise colour may have changed?
