That's looking real nice so far
B&G definitely glue their fret board to the neck before radius-ing and fretting. They have some unreal videos on facebook which give some insight into how they do things. They have a jig which holds the neck straight against a linisher and then it's swung in an arc to get the right radius on it. I'll see if I can find a you tube link.

HI Adam, On the three necks i have made so far and one reboard, I have slotted the board, and mounted it before adding a radius and fretting. It shouldn't create a great issue doing it that way, just have to be sure you are bang on centering it as you glue and clamp it.
