Are the neck plate holes, and neck, drilled differently to all other Telecasters and clones?

Good question. I have never checked other than to ensure they line up in the right places and not too close to edges. If they don't look right you could plug with a dowell and re-drill.

Thanks Waz. I got dowels and wood glue today. Also, pickups and other bits, from the UK, were in the letter box when we got home.

Maybe I should watch yours, Nitro! I haven't checked to see if the four way Oak Grigsby selector fits in the cavity (depth wise),yet, so I may not be finished with the router work

Havnt even started mine yet, still waiting for bits to arrive and still have a colour decision to make.
