I fondly remember sitting in London for the first time, supping a pint with mates, in an inn whose building was as old the settled history of both of the countries I call home. Apparently it is referenced in the first map of Southwark circa 1543.
And to think NSW was planning to bulldoze and rebuild the SFS because it's 30 years old!

I have a mate originally from the UK, he calls any house built after WWII a "New Build".
