    Some nice setups guys

Only just finished moving into a new rental and still going through the process of getting setup. Working out of garage- major drawback is its carpeted so sanding etc outside (not advantageous for a Ranga) Major plus its airconditioned. Also place had an extra room so had somewhere to set up jam room.

Nice Tony, shame about the carpet.

Looks like a nice space though - you could always lay down a 2nd hand rug from the op shop to protect the carpet.

I am making a jam room a high priority for our next place. I'll take a workshop downsize if it means we can have an air-conditioned, sound proof room to play in and keep the instruments.
