@Simon, there's a few things slowly rising from the slab in the FrankenLab at the moment.

@Andrew, I got lucky with this, I think it will be a nice combo with the spalt front.

I didn't use the stain coat and went straight on with the neck finish and it seems to have gone a lot less straw coloured than the TL neck. it shold be a good contrast against the golden tone that's come up on the Basswood body and spalt front.
