Dang it!! I've just remembered I'm meant to do a black undercoat and sand then start applying the finish 😭😭 I've already almost finished the top.... might have to do a sand back and start again

It's all ok! I did a light sandback and the grain is still sweet 😁

So this is the stain 😁 Has come up really nicely! I thought the black might've been a bit darker but it's a real translucent black, still digging it though! I might do a once over with the black before sealing it with a gloss coat but.
