Cheers mate, yeah it is pretty cool for what it is, I like it because it produces a sound that doesn't sound like a typical Wah pedal, getting it for nothing is something I'd put down to knowing the right people at the right time more than just plain luck, fortunately it didn't really need much work done on it to get it working at it's best, having acess to a readable circuit diagram certainly helped things a lot cause I found that the foot-controller socket on the main unit had been incorrectly wired, and the socket on the foot controller needed re-wiring too, it's all good now, I gave all the pots and switches a good spray with electrical contact cleaner for good measure too.
