Hi Dude, great job on nailing the colour scheme same as your Tele build.

Unfortunately you will need to wait for Scott aka Weirdbits to drop by and offer some advice on the wiring.

    Cheers, Waz

Is your MM pickup stock (PBG) or an aftermarket? MM's usually have their coils wired in parallel (but that image suggests it's currently linked in series). Series should give you a darker, fatter and louder sound, but won't have the same bite and articulation. If you want the parallel/series option you can easily add a mini-toggle, or (depending on what value it is) replace the pre-amp volume pot with a push/pull to act as the switch.
    Scott.

The one in the picture is the stock on but I ordered one from guitar fetish but don't have it yet. I think I want mini toggle. Would I need a three way or two way toggle?

An On/On DPDT (2 position) mini-toggle will give you parallel/series switching, and an On/On/On (3 position) will allow parallel/single coil/series options.
    Scott.

Thanks Scott could you possibly draw me a wiring diagram for the three way switch and how it will go into the wiring harness for the preamp system pictured earlier.

Post when you get the pickup so we can check the colours etc. and we'll get it sorted. It'll be: pickup -> switch -> pre-amp (bridge pup connection). The toggle switch wiring is pretty easy, it just depends on the colours.
    Scott.

It'll be like the top image in this (depending on colours):
