What kind of finish do you have in mind? I ask this because of the way they glued the three parts of the body together... With a clear coat it would seem a bit 'off' to me.

I want to get and EX kit but the grain orientation does concern me. It looks weird not having the grain lines run parallel with the neck.Originally Posted by Kick

the plan for this is to spray it black and put some kind of motif on it, i may even try a hydrographic on the black base. So i'm not too fussed about the random grain directions.
