Router bits for binding?

I did exactly the same as Pablo on my scratch build yesterday, I only have a cheap router bit set that you could buy just about anywhere. Some bits have a larger bearing foor instance the 12mm flush trim bit, while others such as the small round over bit will have a small bearing. All I did was swap them over until I got the right sort of clearance and Bobs your Mums brother. I am fairly sure Pablos was the same sort of setup.

I reckon I might have the same bit set you do DK! I put the roundover bearing on the flush cut bit and that's what I thought created the 2mm channel - but my measuring may not be that accurate. I had a look at your build - can I ask what the size of that black binding you used is? It may be that I might be okay with what I've got, as long as I can get white binding in the same thickness you've used...
