    Hi George welcome to the forum. Where are you from ? As others said carry on. There are only 3 solder joins for that kit, earth wire to the tab on the tremelo spring claw and the paired wire hot and earth wire to the jack.
    Good luck with the build and start a build diary so we can share the ride !

    Thanks for the help I really appreciate it, being a 14 year old it feels like a mountainous (but fun and interesting) project. I am live in Adelaide and will update my profile info soon. Unfortunately, I cannot start the build immediately, I will have to wait for school to start again so I can use the spraying booths and various saws. Therefore I will have to start the build diary in late January just before school (need to sand before finishing). However, I have done a mock build and everything fits so it's all good.

    A huge thanks to everyone replying to this for the very warm welcome that I have received, this is a great community to be a part of.
