Better late than never all good. I'm thinking of trying this tailpiece out. I think it looks cool and has some good reviews. I'm going to do some measuring to make sure it will fit.

I have plans for a double cut Jnr next year and plan to use a Baby Grand bridge just like that
Why? because my single cut jnr is still my fav guitar to play (out of 8 or so )

PICTURES! finally :P the colour of the wood is a little washed out due to fluorescent lighting and dark background.






Seems to be a bit of glue on the headstock and first fret.


There is a gouge in the fretboard. Is it worth trying to get rid of it?

The last photo of the guitar I would like to ask you about dedman; the start of the cutout under the neck digs into my hand when I try to go for the upper frets, do you find this on your Jr? I'm thinking of taking a small amount of wood off to smooth it a bit.

Can't say I've noticed but I admit I don't spend much time down there LOL

It looks a little on the sharp side doesn't it? I'd be tempted to radius that front edge the upper part of the cutaway and then run tha around to the point. You might want to just look at the rest of the rear edge to see if you can make it match or if you can blend it into the existing radiused edge.

Yep, that one ans the curve of the cutaway to the right of where you've marked.

I'd do something more like this, just rounding the top edges and that corner off, without quite going all the way down to the heel/neck joint.



I'd mark out in pencil where your neck plate goes, then make sure that you don't run any curve into that area. But you could round the edge right up to that line.
