At 180cm and 88Kg last week I am in an ugly place, but having sat in a floating RSL since last Friday I'm pretty sure the are a few more kegs in place.

Time to get out walking the grandpuppy everyday again to get it back down again.

Edited to add. the bass player in one of the bands on the ship was extraordinary, 6 string Warwick and I suspect he had spent quite some time listening to Tal Wilkenfield

Sounds like you had an interesting cruise with plenty of variety in entertainment choices.

Your BMI is similar to mine where a drop of about 10% is all you need to be back in 'The Zone'.
