Looks rather tasty, as for the pups ex member Tony of Village Pickups does a really nice 52 Blackguard set at a very good price that I am more than happy to recommend as a satisfied customer.

Also got a dog ear P90 from him that is streets ahead of the factory item it replaced in my mates lap steel

Looked at a few replacements earlier tonight and various ones were rambling on about need for matched sets, blah, blah, blah so as to work properly when both neck and bridge are selected together? Might have another look at the damaged one tomorrow as all day it kept nagging at me whilst at work and reckon it might just be one of those tiny wires that has come adrift somewhere near the base plate. Could always buy another Wilko to stick with the 'Matched Set' principle as when it did work they both sounded great on their own and also together.

Finally got this thing wired up with the 4 way switch mod only to discover I had the switch upside down as the bridge PUP was not operating on it's own. DOH!!!

Unhooked all the solder joints and did it again and thankfully got all the 4 sounds I was after being Bridge, Bridge & Neck in Parallel, Neck, the Bridge & Neck in series and as they say the last position does in fact sound like a neck position Humbucker.

Only bummer was a bit of buzzing therefore the Shielding Paint did not work as well on this build and had to go to the big green shed to buy myself some of this stuff. As I had run out of daylight/energy/inspiration......I think you get the point, the snail tape will be done on my next day off work and just hope it does the trick.

I bought two of those recently, it's about 25mm wide and it comes in a 4 Metre roll so there's heaps of it, it is exactly like the Dingotone shielding tape, only narrower.

I'm going to use the Snail tape I bought to do the shielding on my Gold Strat and the HotRod strat, the last time I only covered the scratch plate of the Gold Strat, but this time I'm going to do it right.

Found the reason why the bridge PUP had stopped working.....

The tiny single strand of ultra fine copper wire had broken off at the solder joint. Soldered it back on today, tap tested and it worked so dropped it back in and sounds all good again. Still need to find a bit more spare time to fine tune the action and have a final crack at the intonation. In the home straight with just some TO touch ups to do in a few places.
