Granted, there were some pretty questionable music that was churned-out in the 80's by the then music-industry, but there were some really cool stuff too, but it got overshadowed by the bad stuff.



Personally, I mostly remember all the good stuff from the 80's.

Muzza wash your mouth out.....IT was the Decade of Hair Metal!!!!!.....Europe...Poison...Motley Crue...Wasp...Ratt...Slayer...Skid Row..Winger...Slayer...Dokken....Styper....Some of the Besy Sh@test bands of all time.

Jokes aside few things came about advent of eletronic music...Rise and fall of Saxaphones....And perhaps the best piece of equipment...THE KEYTAR

Right on Brother...Those Guys changed the way Guitar was played in terms of shredding etc..Not exactly my style..Mainly because I cant shred!! But I have Passion and Warfare and next build will be a SV-1 Jem build

Cool, I've been seriously thinking of getting one of those SV-1 kits ever since I became a forum member, due to some coordination issues with my fretting hand (I'm predominantly right handed), I'm not the world's best shredder either, but I definitely get inspired by guys like Steve Vai and Joe Satriani, I decided that I really want to get good at playing guitar cause it's something i enjoy doing a lot.
