Well I've got the guitar all wired up, but nothing seems to be working like it's supposed to, and I'm absolutely sure that I traced the wiring out correctly before re-doing the wiring, so, either I have made some hard-to-spot mistakes, or, the original wiring system was never going to work as intended in the first place, looks like I'm going to have to go back to the drawing board and re-do everything again.
I'm pretty sure that I have the Volume, Tone, and Bass-Cut controls wired up correctly, so I reckon the problem has to be in the way the single-coil pickups, and their associated switches, are wired up, I'm going to have to call it a night and get some sleep cause my brain feels like it's fried, so, start again in the morning.
Here's what the wiring is doing now while tap-testing the pickups:
* Neck Single Coil-No sound whatsoever regardless of how the controls are set.
*Middle Pickup-Was making a sound before, and also making a loud hum when touched with fingers, i found out that I had forgotten to solder in a ground wire on the phase switch for the Humbucker, now it doesn't make any sound.
* Bridge Single Coil was making a weak sound before I soldered in the ground wire for the phase switch, but now it's not making any sound regardless of the control settings.
I don't think the no-sound issue is caused by the ground wire on the Humbucker phase switch, since it really needs it to work correctly as a phase switch.
This whole thing has turned into a real magilla (look up Dave's World Of Fun Stuff on youtube if you want to know what that means, he does some guitar repair work at his home in his basement).
