Thanks Woks.....only 4 builds were on the go and might ease up for a bit once these are finished before contemplating any more.

Upgrades are Wilkinson PUP's, also have some Bourns 250k audio taper pots, Sprague 0.047 Orange Drop Capacitor, Recessed Jack Plate with Switchcraft jack, plus 4 way switch so that I can wire it up in series on the 4th setting. Ah, also the custom home made Faker Wazzacaster transfer decals too.

Our State Labor Government moved Labour Day back from 1st Monday in October to satisfy their socialist roots as god knows we really need another day off just one week after Anzac Day. They have instead dropped June as Queens Birthday and we will celebrate that in October? Makes a lot of sense considering Lizzie's Birthday was on 21st April.
Apologies if I have offended any Labor Party supporters, just reporting things how I see it.

Love the flame top and colour scheme on that tele Wazz. The neck seems to have taken the stain as well as the body.

    Thanks Andy.

Not easy getting stain to match on rock maple necks as the grain is so tight. The trick seems to be a very light 180 or 240 to take the very slightest roughness off and apply stain. If you go any further it gets too smooth and glassy and thus repels colour.
