Just started my first ever guitar build of a LP-1S. I've just applied the first coat of Dingotone stain after sanding. I seemed to have to sand a lot to remove timber imperfections......anyway I thought I'd post some pics before I go any further and see if people think the finish is ok. You can see areas where I've really had to sand back to get a perfect finish.
