Just had a few days break down in Falmouth UK with some friends. Had two days of good weather, then two days of heavy rain - then a good day again when we had to come home. The friends down there had a 25' Folkboat and a 16' RIB. Sailed the yacht on the Friday then had fun in the RIB taking pictures whilst they raced, on the the Saturday, .

This is the yacht:

Falmouth is the one of the largest natural harbours in the world (somewhere between 3rd and 5th depending on what you read) and is normally very sheltered from all but southerly winds. Saturday just happened to have quite strong southerly winds (force 5-7), so quite a short chop built-up as the day went on, to make things interesting.
