I totally agree, Microsoft should never have implemented the User Accounts Control, and they should have set things up so that if you're logged on as the Administrator, all folders and files should automatically give the Administrator full access, it shouldn't be that access is still denied even if you're logged on as the Administrator and you change all file permissions so that you should technically have full access to them.
