Coming along well Joe. With the fret dot markers get some similar color saw dust to the fingerboard, mix with CA glue and fill in the gaps. Let it dry and sand off. Try going over the burst edge with black again. Looking at the earlier burst pic you need a darker black stain. It looks grey
