Sooo been a busy boy servicing my camper, cleaning up the car and all those other horrible jobs associated with going away on holidays.
Wife decides to have a nanna nap so i snuck off into the shed for some serious mens business, sanding, woman are quite welcome to do my sanding for me, i dont discriminate :p
The look on her face when she woke up and walked outside and here's me covered in hog dust, classic ;)
Into it with some 180, theres a few flaws in this body and i need to get stuck into them, i usually start with 220.
Attachment 10393
180 works it nicely through the flaws
Attachment 10394
This one is annoying me but i got a good go at it
Attachment 10395
180 done on the back
Attachment 10396
You can hardly see this blemish now, it wont be there when i finish
Attachment 10397
Saving up all the hog dust i can get, i use it later if i need to fill.
Attachment 10398
Plenty of it
Attachment 10399
The flaw is nearly out the 220 will get it
Attachment 10400
Hit the top up
Attachment 10401
Clean off with some Naptha, takes all the greasy dirty mits off.
Attachment 10402
Wipe the top down with naptha
Attachment 10403
Then i wipe it over with a damp cloth, and it show up the flaws, like that bottom bout i am hoping thats not a glue spill
Attachment 10404
Better to find the problems before you start any finishing.
Looks like glue.... Best sand that bugger out.
