You just need to find a way to keep the reflection!
Looking very good.
I'm actually relieved to hear that! I was a bit worried :p

That looks fantastic! I'm going to have to do the same style spray booth tactics. It's winter here, and outside isn't an option.

Thanks guys!
Still lots of opportnuity for me to bugger it up once it's dry lol
You should! I think it cost me $10 in plastic dropsheets, and totally worth it. I was also looking at a large fold-down, plastic greenhouse that would work (for when we eventually renovate the sunroom and turn it into a living space)
I think you meant "studio/workshop" didn't you?Quote:

I can feel my window of opportunity for guitar related adventures rapidly closing, but I had so much fun spraying the tele that I think I'm going to order some more TL kits and do a whole batch at the end of this year.
I've been really inspired by a couple of artists who paint guitars, and I've been thinking it could be a nice way to dovetail my actual work with my hobby. Perhaps inviting artist friends to paint on prepped bodies and then we can do something nice with them - maybe auction for local music community fundraisers or something. Not sure on the details yet, but I have a few artists in mind.
As an example of what I had in mind, here's a telecaster painted by David Kassan for Fender.
Man! I just checked out some of Kassan's other work. He's amazing!
His paintings look like photographs. Just mind blowing...
