Phrozin, I'd love to see the steps involved. I was in Supercheap the other day purchasing similar product (rattle cans) for my JB bass. The guy in there said he gets lots of guitar builders coming through and helped in my product selection

Same needs 1-1/2 cans to do a strat body @ 5coats colour is purple ford viper mica has that dark look until light is on it andy

today i cut and polished and assembled it, its now at the setup stage. i used meguiars rubbing compound and sanded it back with 800w&d and then 1500w&d only used 1500 as the store was out of 1200 no biggy
body came out pretty flat got a nice shine

neck i did in a matt and sanded with 2000w&d and left it like that gives a real nice feel

ok thats done ill now write up a step by step guide how i did it with rattle cans, some of you guys who have had problems getting a good finish after putting so much time in to it is a real bummer and might make it a bit easier :-)
