Good One Fretty, made me laugh.
I did a BMI test once. I failed. Miserably.
At 180cm and 88Kg last week I am in an ugly place, but having sat in a floating RSL since last Friday I'm pretty sure the are a few more kegs in place.
Time to get out walking the grandpuppy everyday again to get it back down again.
Edited to add. the bass player in one of the bands on the ship was extraordinary, 6 string Warwick and I suspect he had spent quite some time listening to Tal Wilkenfield
Fully understand Bro as one of nieces married a Tongan and he is a pretty good example of the body type you described.
Great for playing in the forwards in either League or Rugby, not so good if you were a puny white winger or fullback like me and about half the size. Many times I ended up as just a speed bump whilst they were on their way to the try line.
I'll check this out Waz when I'm back from my hols. I was recently read the riot act from the Doc and need to loose 10kg..

Good to hear Andrew aka Ponch.
Over past 5 months the program has helped me shed 14kg - 15kg and that has mostly come from eating more sensibly and limiting alcohol intake to just 1 moderate session per week. Only other sacrifices were no more potato chips or crisps, no added sugar, and hardly any chocolate other than 4 squares of 70% dark once in a while. These are things that I no longer crave or miss and feel much better for it and hope it works out the same for you too.
