good stuff Doc, maybe you can call the track "I got a bargain Ibanez from Cashies blues" haha

ahha no worries Ponch, well surely the Highway Patrol can afford to pay to get a shop to do the work !
They can also give you a replacement bike while you wait for the work to be done, how about the latest Fireblade or Hayabusa ?
Haha....good one Wokka, I just finished doing the recording, going to be posting a link to it shortly.
Okay, here it is....enjoy!!:

The first part of the demo is me just going through all the pickup selections just so you can hear what they sound like with a clean-ish tone, because the pickups are high-output types it's not exactly pristine clean, the second part is me playing a riff with the bridge pickup and a high-gain distortion tone, and then the third part is me doing a solo with the neck pickup.
During the clean part, I start with the neck pickup setting and then work my way towards the bridge pickup setting.
well it won't be a blues song as blues songs are generally about negative things in life haha
so when shall we send out the Doc search party tomoz in case you got lost ?
Well, knowing my great talent for getting myself lost, send out the search party the minute you don't hear from me....lol....just kidding, I'll be making sure I take my laptop with me when I go round to my mate's place, he has internet there so it should be all good Wokka.
Update:
Not sure if any of you guys have checked out the demo clip I made of my RG350DXZ guitar, but I'll see if I can do a better sounding demo this week, just need to sort out getting my DAW PC back online though, which I'll hopefully be doing tomorrow, might see if I can use my Radial Tonebone Hot British pedal since it gives a better overdrive tone than the plugins I used in that first demo.
Hey Doc I didn't realise there was a demo, you must have edited it and added it - just checked it out, the axe has a good clean and crunch sound, is the lead at the end of the demo on neck pup ?
Yep that's correct, I used the neck pup for the lead, it definitely has a bit of the Strat vibe to it, the neck pup is an Infinity 4.
I reckon it has a good clean sound too, the crunch tones are good too, sort of 80's hard rock like ala Joe Satriani on his early albums, I've been ummm-ing and ahhhh-ing about whether I should change them out, was thinking of changing them out for a set of Evolutions at one stage.
