I was thinking a standard Gibson style 3 way switch would fit between the pots, and change the pots for push pulls for volume/split neck and tone/split bridge. If that would work.

For considerably cheaper option: if you can squeeze two full-sized toggles in beside the concentric you could have them set up as off-split-humbucker for each pup.
Edit: yep, two push/pulls for the splits and a toggle between them would work fine.

If you use small pots you may be able to fit two pots and a switch in there but you would need to plug and reposition both holes. It would still probably be a tight squeeze.Quote:
