Don't know how you would change your name. Yes that's Dingobass, resident luthier, in the video with bird. I've sanded the bottom of about 3 different bone nuts and they all have turned out fine. Its a matter of destringing the guitar, sanding, restringing then checking the gap on the 1st fret while depressing the string on the third fret. I also tune the guitar to pitch and check that it can hold open chords, G, E, A, Am, F and D in tune. Set aside an uninterrupted couple of hours, focus, take your time and you will be surprised at the results. When you've done, give yourself a golf clap, you'll never have to get someone else to do it for you again :cool:
