I only did 5 or 6 coats of oil, because it was coming up really nicely and also I was impatient. I bumped a couple of bits throughout putting it all together so I will probably touch those up at some stage, buuut not now.
It's also not 100% totally done. Still got a bit of setup to do on it, as well as attach my straplocks (but I'm gonna have a chat to Matt tomorrow, because the screw on the neck end has to work around one of the chambers, so gonna discuss the best way to deal with that.) Also have to paint the cavity with conductive paint, and will be doing the same with the chambers because there's some router burn on the inside edges and an oil splotch in one cavity, all just a touch messy, so that'll clean those up nicely.
I'm sure there's more to talk about, but I am tired as heck now that I'm done and the adrenaline I had while I was working is all gone, so my brain's non-functional. So tell me what I missed!!
Alrighty, got my strap buttons on today, as well as getting a couple of pictures in a more natural light ('cos even though the flash is great to show the figure, it makes it look much more yellow than it is in reality)

Also haven't had the chance to extensively test the pickups, but of what I have heard, I am quite happy with them. And yea as mentioned last post, couple of little things to tidy up, but it's definitely as good as done!! Huzzah!!
