My First Build the GR-1SF

Hi Shazz, that colour looks great, I'm also using the Karijini Red.
So how many coats do you think you used on the outer part on the front face?

I went back to the start of this diary and Shazz used Uluru red, not Karijini red.
I'd apply a couple coats and see how yours looks. Post some pics on your build diary and we can all comment

Having that coke can next to the guitar gave it a distinct 50's vibe, that's the impression I got anyway.

Hey JohnC, I used the Uluru red. I did 3 overall and 6-7 on the edges to achieve the burst :)

Yeah I very much got the rockabilly vibes from it :) not just cause of the style but the colour also!

This axe is gunna be shcweeeet as!
I could see Chris Isaak playing Blue Hotel on this baby :)

BTW, how would you feel about us using your build as the colour sample on the Dingotone page?
