Holy hecking heck I'm exhausted. But the upside is, I'm all done with the lessons, and the remainder I'll be able to finish up at home.

All of the bridge holes are drilled. We actually only had 6 string ferrules, so I've gotta order an extra in a couple of days.

Tuner screw holes too.

Also routed out a nice little Mahogany cavity cover (complete with a cool little knot, which wasn't planned, but it popped up when I was running the Mahogany through the thicknesser, so I decided to include it.) I'm going to get a few magnets and drill some in to both the body and the cover, so that I'll just be able to pop the cover off without having to goof around with screwdrivers. Huzzah!
But yea, basically, all that's left to do is to sand everything down, oil it up and put it together!!!

looks great B'Lark, good work. On the home stretch now you are at about the start of a kit build haha
-
Only took 12 months to get to that point, haha
-
You doing a colour stain or paint?
-
Neither, just gonna be Tru-oil all over. The figure's too good to be painted over, and there's enough colour in it already I think

And yea the figure came alive SO much. It ended up a little more brown, and a little less red than I expected, but I'm still so happy with how it's looking now
