Haha I like doing the time lapse so I don't bore everyone :p
I'm thinking at the end of the project, I will get all the time lapse parts and make 1 big video of the whole project from start to finish :)

So I've been a bit quiet lately! It's been a bit damp here on the NSW south coast! I'm finally up to applying the clear finish! I'm super stoked with the stain and the tone that has come through! Can't wait to start on the electronics pretty soon! In my vids you may see my husband as he's a lot better with a soldering iron then I am. Hopefully the beast will be done around Christmas when I have some time off work to put the attention needed into it!
Hi ShazzRandom, hope it turns out well, would love to see a pic of the finished guitar.
If it's any consolation, we're getting a huge downpour over here in Darwin as I type this, it's great cause it has been very hot lately and it's cooling things down alot.
Thanks Dr! As I'm using the dingo tone it doesn't have any drying agents so I can't rush the process. I'm happy that I've taken my time though, it has come up a treat!
It must be nice to be cool up there for a while!
So this is the final colour on the back! I think I matched pretty well in the end :) I have a Coke can next to the body to give an idea of true colour!
I'm super stoked and can't wait to finish the beast! Attachment 6553
Thank you, that's the burst effect I was going for. I'm glad it shows :) I love the grain!
looking good Shazz, you are doing a great job
Nice job Shazz. Yes, the grain does look spectacular. Good to have the coke can next to the build as a reference to the colour which btw has come up a treat. Almost there!
love the colour and grain on the back Shazz, well done
