I wonder how some clear pup surrounds would look on it, not sure cream or black will do the body justice. Rob's suggestion of matching wood rings would be ideal too.

The body colours look great.

Looking great Wokks. The two tone wood body is awesome. Personally I would go either wood or chrome surrounds FTW ;).

Think chrome surrounds might be the go. Timber would look cool but not sure I'm patient enough to shape them !

I say go for cream surrounds! Definitely suits the axe!

Im not sold on the chrome surrounds with chrome pickups....cream looks like a good transition from the centre piece of timber, and black would tie in to your black knobs and switch....

cheers Swanny for your view. I'm thinking chrome surrounds might be too much chrome. When the Realtone order arrives next week I'll see how black surrounds look with the black control knobs and switch tip
