Is the top coat for colour the same as neck kit

Wondering if the top coat of a colour kit is the same as top coat of clear neck kit?

Might be too late - a quick experiment on a maple offcut and then impatience and its on the neck.

Body top coat will be fine for the neck.

Neck final coat is harder, but you can get away with the body final coat.. It might wear off a bit faster though.

I've put one coat on, if I got some clear neck finish to continue are they compatible?
