Pablos EX-1

Hey guys. Said goodbye to my first today. :'( In a somewhat impulsive move, I traded my TL-1 (GOTM Dec 2012) for an already built EX-1 with the intention of modding and refinishing.

The existing finish is pretty rough, but there's some interesting bits of basswood evident. And then there's this guy

The guy I got it off told me the neck was glued with pva, so I was considering resetting the neck, but then...

So, yeah, neck is coming off. Yay.

i see you went through with the trade, you swapped a sweet guitar. Worth it?

Don't know yet, Stan. To be honest, I never really felt at home on that guitar. Looked nice, played great, but the neck was all wrong for me. Plus, I've got another tele in the works and I've got too many guitars already.

Did I just say that?
