I have a set of 2+2 elephant ear tuners from an ESB4 kit, but they are without the ferrules, because I reused them with the replacement tuners. As is often the case with budget tuners some are better than others, (for instance one was a bit loose I think) although off a guitar I find it hard to tell which is which. So if you have a PB kit with a substandard tuner or two, you are welcome to organise collecting them/getting them posted and see if any are better than the ones you have. South East England, M25 Junction 9. But remember, no ferrules, so if you haven't got an existing set they are of little use to you.
