Hello from South Carolina in USA

I need some assistance. I have a Jazzmaster kit and in doing a dry fitting, i cannot make the pick-ups attach. I thought they should have a "collar" but they do not. They fall through the routed holes in the scratch guard. Any help would be appreciated. rkyvet09

Can we see some pics? Doesn’t sound right. The pickups should have screws and springs to retain them in the pick guard.

Thanks, didn't realize screws went through middle of pickups. I was expecting them on the edge. Your post helped me reevaluate. ps couldn't get my pictures to load for some reason.
