    Dedmans PSH Kustom

    This has been sitting on the bench since early this year and will probably sit there a while longer as I had all the bits for the bass first so i started that.
    It's kustom ordered with soapbar P90 pick up routs. So far the trem and tuners have arrived. Trying to decide on pick ups and colour now.

    Finally kicked myself in the bum and got into this. Have done a black timbermate fill and sand and blue ink stain. I've tried a silicone liquid mask again on the binding, see how it goes. Will do the black burst next, then the frets, then glue the neck in.

    Nice work.

    How'd you go with the silicone mask? Was it less work than tape? Better/cleaner result?

    Well, the silicone is easier to apply I guess. it defiantly seals the edges, is easy to get off. Overall, slightly better than tape in my opinion.
    I used this one as I had it on hand for my scale modelling.
