I wonder if you could re-radius one of the existing necks? Bit of work, but probably cheaper than those in that link

I think it could be done, but you might run really thin on the edges at the heel end. Potentially you might break through into the side dots.
It would be cleaner on a custom kit with a fretted but non-radiused board.
Or do a FrankenLab/SMG special and reboard a standard kit with your custom radius.
