JB4 Earth Wire for Bridge?

Hi There
The time has finally come to assemble my folly, As I go back through the kit components I do not seem to have an 'earth wire', however I do have a length of solder wire that when extended is long enough to be the earth wire. My question is: Is the solder wire in the kit meant to be used as the earth wire from bridge to tone pot?

Hi Bassvader. The solder is for soldering. There are often lengths of wire joined together that you peel off as you need them. Can you show us a pic of what you do have? If there is none, any light gauge electrical wire will do the trick.

thanks for that, I do not have any pictures to post, I will get some suitable wire to do the job.
