We had a few requests for this style kit and finally found a factory that could make it.

Really nice looking kit in the flesh and the workmanship looks very good.

    Few specs:

Mahogany Neck with Pau Ferro Fretboard (and Split inlays)
21 Frets, 24.75 scale, 42mm at the nut.
    Chrome or Gold hardware available

    AU$295

I'll add the body measurements tomorrow.
    Cheers,

Hand crafting guitars, because Death Rays are expensive.

That is really nice. Does it have a centre block or is it fully hollow?

Either way it could make a nice Gretsch type guitar......

    Must resist urge to buy......

It's fully hollow with a support block under the bridge area.

ES-3 or this one AES-1 that is the question. Maybe will have to go with both. I love that spalted maple veneer.
    Build 1 AGM-1
    Build 2 TLA-1
    Build 3 ES-3
    Build 4 TL-12F
    Build 5 ST-1

    Hmmmm.

I may have to make a custom order with no tailpiece and bridge holes drilled. Then could make a very nice archtop jazz guitar with tailpiece or even bigsby like Gretsch hollow bodies.
