    Receieved New Kit today.

I have NO woodworking skill so I was very worried that the neck would be loose but I was so pleased that The neck is a perfect fit .... snug but not stupid tight! So I have to worry about how to do the painting and carving the Neck top. I will be ok setting up the guitar so I have that going for me. Wish me luck !! Advice good or bad is always welcome !!

That’s a good kit to start on, if you need any help or if things don’t make sense, just start a build diary and post up any questions you have. The assistance crew will come a running! Or at least typing.

you should do a few simple checks
Unpack the box check for damages.
do an inventory of the parts
do a dry run mock build to identify any issues.

Then you can clamp the neck in place and check your scale lengths etc.

Best of luck with it, look forward to seeing it evolve!
