With my playing? Absolutely awful...

I all seriousness its a little difficult to gauge as I don’t own a Bass amp. I have experimentally plunked it through my little micro cube and nearly killed the poor wee thing.

I need to get hold of a proper bass amp and really see what it can do. My experimental plunking tells me i need to do some more nut slot finessing and that I will need to make some TR adjustment.
SOme playing around with the PUP heights may also be required.
What sound I did get out of it was satisfyingly L-O-W and heavy though.

Don't bury the pickups too deep otherwise you may suffer lack of output.
Probably plenty of cheap practice Bass amps at your local Cash Converters store.

So, this is more or less complete. I haven’t yet gotten to adding a headstock logo.

Quite enjoying some low end plunking though. It plays well with fingers or pick.

I did pattern up a new black tusk nut for it and a TRC from a Sheoak scrap. I am considering this now done.

WOW. What a great job. I would love to do that to my Tele but havnt got the nerve. I have a spare ebony fretboard lying around but would be crap with all the measurement and fret slotting. Btw hi mate.
