You can find hundreds of eBay listings that offer ‘licensed’ FR trem systems straight from China. They aren’t scams in the sense that if you buy it, you’ll actually receive a ‘licensed’ FR trem system, but they are scams in the sense that they are of ‘ok’ to barely passable quality, hence why they are so cheap!
