    Talking First build DMS-4 bass

    Hello

    I'm French

As asked in the Quick Start Guide I start a New Topic to document the progress of my build

so, for the moment I play a Ubass I fell in love to
I want/need a real bass, I fell in love for a cort b4 in red, but I'd like to play with a gizmotron and it will not fit well

    I chose the DMS-4 bass kit (https://www.pitbullguitars.com/shop/...mahogany-body/)
because it's mahogany seems a good wood for me, better than basswood
    PJ bass
    a lot of space
it's a kit so I'm not to afraid to modify it

I will make it red open pore (like many cort)
change the pickguard to look more like a strat (stratobass)
and change a lot of other things but later

Already received the kit, feel nice, beautiful, surprisingly good (as far a I can tell), I just don't have the strings yet ^^'
and I'm still waiting for the Finishing kit to be shipped
For the moment I will sleep because I need to, and post the pictures of the sweet kit after.

Good luck! Sounds like a good plan. Will be curious what you do with the pickguard ;-)
