    Finally finished my PRS-1TS

I bought this kit in November '18 but didn't get it started until February '19.

I actually finished it in April and just realised I hadn't posted anything after it's completion (or in progress for that matter).

There were some truss rod & fret issues along the way that postponed things, but Adam was more than gracious and helpful in getting things sorted. Cheers!!!

The pix below are just unfinished kit and the finished guitar. Not much of a diary really, but thought I'd post them anyway.
I've been absent more than active on here lately

    Anyhoo, here it is:

Custom mixed analine dyes with 24 coats Tru Oil; Gotoh bridge & tailpiece; Wilkinson A5 mini-humbuckers; Wilkinson tuners; Tusq XL nut; all upgraded pots & switch and amber top hat knobs. BTW... it freakin' ROCKS!!!

It plays and sounds great. The clean tones are really good but, kick in my Super Badass Distortion and, HOLY CRAP!! It just sings!
I did a full level & dress and cut the nut myself. The set up just easily fell into place and the intonation is as near perfect as you could get.

This is my first experience with mini-hb's. I really like them. I'm typically not a big HB fan, but the mini's seem naturally brighter than full-size hb's. However, I did end up putting a hi-pass filter (parallel cap & resister) on the neck pickup to open it up a bit more but It sound great now.
The mini's are Wilkinson A5 and now I'm interested in trying other brands of mini.

It's been on a stand next to my desk since I finished it. Hasn't even been in its brand new case yet!

Oh, and thanks for compliments guys!
