Thanks Whiz. It was an interesting journey.
I'm kind of glad it reached a happy end though.
Good luck with your own project (however it looks like you are doing well)

    cheers, Mark.

Well once again I spoke too soon.
Presently converting 3 builds to 7.25" radius fretboards.

I carefully removed the frets and using the radius block bent them to approximate curvature for replacement.

    cheers, Mark.

    So the saga continues.

After my 2nd Trem-King experiment installing one on my DMS-1...
    I have now put a Trem-King TK-2 on order.

Let's see how long Australia Post can stretch this one out.

No doubts due to Covid19 the wait for this to arrive took ages.
However. Anticipating it's imminent arrival, (and a veteran at Trem-King installs) I started the the top rout...minus router.

A loose nut with a rotary tool.

I have radiused and re-shaped the 'engineered' rosewood neck in the previous shots.
Slathered it with sanding sealer and smoothed it out and gradually re-fretted.
All it needs is the new decal applied and it will ready to go.

    cheers, Mark.

Highlight to the level of OCD (re-shaping the headstock)

As long as it makes you happy, that's what counts!

I do like v2.0 though. (I'm not just enabling you btw )
